Quick answers, or ask using the Help button.
Go to Lynk Pay → Invoices → New invoice. Add items (quantities can be decimals), a discount and your own taxes, then send by SMS or email, or share the link, WhatsApp or PDF yourself. Set your logo, colours, tax number, taxes and how customers can pay you directly under Invoices → Settings. Invoices are free. Customers can pay online once your payout account is approved; until then they see your payment details. Reminders go out automatically after the due date until the invoice is paid.
Open invoices →Go to Lynk Pay → Quotes → New quote. Add items, a discount, taxes and an optional deposit, set how long it’s valid and the payment terms once accepted, then send or share it. Your customer accepts by typing their name, or declines with a reason; you’re notified either way. Accepting turns the quote into an invoice straight away, with the same totals, so they can pay the deposit there and then. If they agree in person, use Convert to invoice.
Open quotes →An invoice can ask for a deposit (a % or an amount) and can allow part payments; the customer then picks the deposit, the remaining balance or another amount. If a customer pays you directly (cash, bank or MoMo), open the invoice and use Record a payment — the whole balance or part of it — and optionally email them a receipt. The invoice shows Paid so far and Balance due until it’s settled. A payment you recorded by mistake can be removed; online payments can’t. Everyone you invoice is saved under Lynk Pay → Customers, with what they owe.
Open invoices →Open Lynk Pay → Payout account to submit bank or mobile-money details through the secure form. You can submit details before verification, but submission does not activate payouts: ownership and destination approval are still required. Test and live details are separate. Check the review note in the dashboard. Don’t paste full bank details into this chat.
Payout account →If a payment is pending or you were charged without seeing an update, don’t start another payment yet. Check the order or transaction reference and its current dashboard status. Keep the approximate time and sanitized error text for a human investigation. I can explain the steps, but I can’t verify a payment, change its status, or issue a refund from this chat.
Pay transactions →Every account starts with 10 free SMS and 10 free emails, no Pro needed. They don’t expire and are used after any Pro allowance. Messaging Pro is $30 USD per month for 1,000 SMS segments and 1,000 emails. Each $10 add-on adds either 500 SMS or 500 emails. Open Plan & add-ons to see your available balance and the wallet total before purchasing. Each SMS segment per recipient uses one SMS. AI, WhatsApp, cloud, and domains are separate.
Plan & add-ons →Check the period end and renewal setting in Plan & add-ons. Pro’s included messages reset with each paid monthly renewal; unused included messages don’t roll over. Purchased add-ons remain stored but require active Pro to use. Automatic wallet renewal is optional, and turning it off keeps the current paid period. This chat cannot change your subscription or approve a refund.
Manage Pro →In Messaging, request a sender ID with your business name and what you’ll send. Approval takes a few working days. Names must be 3–11 letters, numbers, or spaces and contain a letter. Before sending, check the composer’s segment count: long messages and emoji can use more than one SMS per recipient.
Open Messaging →In Messaging → Contacts, import a CSV (Google Contacts, Excel or phone exports work) or paste your contacts; duplicates are skipped. Then use Messaging → Broadcast to send one SMS or email to a whole list. The default sender can reach up to 20 contacts per broadcast; with your own approved sender ID or verified email domain there’s no limit. Each recipient uses allowance, emails include an unsubscribe link, and you must only message people who agreed to hear from you. Progress shows in the broadcast history.
Open contacts →Open Messaging → Email sender and add a domain you control. Lynk displays the DNS records needed for verification. Add them at your DNS host, or use Add records automatically when offered for a Lynk-managed domain. Check verification status, then set your sender address and reply-to. Verifying a sending domain does not create an inbox. Keep existing website and email DNS records unless you know they need changing.
Email sender settings →Open Messaging → Email history, search by recipient or subject, then open the email and choose Refresh status. Sent means accepted for sending, not confirmed delivery. Delivery tracking may be unavailable, and an open or click isn’t proof a person read it. Only logged messages appear here; this is not an incoming-email inbox. Refreshing status does not resend the email.
Email history →Open Cloud and check the server’s status, IP address, location, and renewal date. Active servers have a Server access section with login details. For an overdue server, review Billing & renewal and your wallet balance. Reactivating a suspended server may require the operations team after renewal. Never share server passwords or private keys in chat.
Open Cloud →Open Domains and select the affected domain to inspect DNS, nameservers, owner verification, and renewal options. Keep a copy of existing records before making changes, especially email records. A domain purchase isn’t complete until registration succeeds. For transfer or DNS issues, note the domain and sanitized error; don’t share transfer authorization codes here.
Manage domains →Lynk AI has chat and image tools and is priced separately from Messaging Pro. Review the cost and privacy settings shown in the AI workspace. Privacy filters can remove certain sensitive details, but don’t assume they catch everything. This support chat does not spend your paid AI or messaging credits.
Open Lynk AI →General service keys are under Developer / API. When you create a key, tick only what it may use (SMS, email, WhatsApp, AI chat, AI images); a 403 means the key doesn’t have access to that service, while a 401 means the key is missing or wrong. Lynk Pay has separate test and live keys under Lynk Pay → Developers. Payment webhooks are signed (X-Lynk-Signature) and sent again until your server answers with a 2xx; skip any X-Lynk-Delivery id you’ve already handled, and resend from Recent deliveries. Share only the endpoint, HTTP status and sanitized error—never your API key.
Developer tools →Use Forgot password on the sign-in page, enter your account email, and check your inbox and spam folder. Reset links are single-use and expire after one hour; request a fresh link if yours is expired. If Lynk support gave you a temporary password, sign in with it and you’ll be asked to choose your own straight away. Don’t share passwords, reset links, or one-time codes in chat. If you no longer control the email address, you’ll need human account-recovery help.
Reset password →Open Account settings to update your name and phone, change your password (other devices are signed out), and choose which emails and texts you get — payment texts, invoice and quote emails, and renewal confirmations. Security emails, receipts and renewal warnings are always sent. Use Sign out other devices if you signed in somewhere you don’t recognise. To change your sign-in email, contact support.
Account settings →Open Billing & invoices to see what you’ve spent this month, what renews in the next 60 days, and an invoice for every charge — servers, domains, transfers, renewals, top-ups and Messaging plans. Open any invoice and choose Download PDF / Print to save it. Renewals are paid from your wallet, so top up if upcoming renewals are more than your balance.
Billing & invoices →Open Wallet to add funds using the payment options shown at checkout, then check transaction history. Pro and add-ons are purchased from that balance. Wallet funds alone do not replace an exhausted messaging allowance—check Plan & add-ons too. If a payment is still pending, check its reference before paying again.
