3.1 Pay, expenses, profit and reports
Closing the day (Course 1 Module 2) tells the owner what came in each day. This lesson is the rest: what went out, and what was kept.
Staff & payroll (Account & Settings, for owners and managers): add each person the business pays, with their job, monthly pay and how they're paid. They don't need to use Lynk. Each month, Record this month's pay: each person's pay, any Bonus or allowance, deductions with a reason, then Record pay. Recording doesn't send money; pay them as usual. Lynk keeps the payslips and adds the total to expenses. When someone leaves: They've left.
Expenses (Income & expenses, with Expenses switched on): What was it for?, amount, category, how it was paid, and a receipt photo. Then Record expense. By chat: Paid 120 for transport to Makola, cash.
The money page shows money in, spent and Kept, month by month. Profit is only right if everything is in Lynk: sales, invoices, expenses, pay and stock bought.
Reports
