1.2 Buy a server, and its page in Lynk

Steps

Go to lynkinfra.com/servers.
Choose the smallest plan.
Choose an OS: Ubuntu 24.04.
Off-server backup: leave it off for your learning server; suggest it for a real business (30% more).
Click Add to cart, open your cart, and click Checkout.
Pay with Lynk Pay (mobile money, card) or your Lynk wallet.
Open Account & Settings → My resources → Cloud (your servers). When the status turns from Pending to Active, the IP address and login are there.

What every Lynk Cloud server comes with

Checked every minute, with CPU, memory and disk tracked.
A backup of the whole server every day.
Security on from the first start: a firewall that only opens ports 22, 80 and 443, automatic security updates, and protection against password guessing.
Full root access.

Money, honestly

A server is a monthly cost, paid from your Lynk wallet. Renewals come from the wallet too.
This one is for you: in Module 2 it runs your own builder website.
For a client, the owner buys the server, on their own login, from their own wallet. Servers are one of the things that stay with the owner, like their money and their domains.
