3.5 Sell it: hosting, custom builds and connections
Who needs this: a business with its own system or app, a school or company that wants its website on its own server, or a business that wants its own app to send texts or take payments through Lynk.
| What you sell | What the owner hears |
|---|---|
| Set up and look after a server | Your own server, watched every minute and backed up every day |
| Deploy their app or website | Your system online, on your own web address, with the padlock |
| Connect it to Lynk | Your app sends texts and reminders by itself |
Pricing. Setup is one fee: your hours times your rate, at least. Looking after a server is a monthly fee: updates, backups checked, problems fixed. The server and domain are separate bills the business pays Lynk, from its own wallet.
Show your own first. Put your own builder website on your own server and domain (Module 2), and your own small app beside it. It's the best proof you can do it.
