3.3 The 30 days after, and what changed

New habits break in the second week. Your check-ins keep them going.

Week 1 check-in (visit or call)

  • Open Closing the day together: was every day closed?
  • Look at the main work page: is everything in Lynk, or is some still on paper or WhatsApp?
  • Fix one thing that's annoying them.

Week 2 check-in

  • Overview and Owed to you: anything stuck?
  • Automations: did the thank-yous and reminders go out?
  • Send the first campaign or offer together, if planned.

Week 4 check-in

  • Gather the numbers below.
  • Show the owner what changed.
  • Offer the monthly plan (item 3.6).
  • Ask for a review (they leave it from their Team page, and it shows on your builder page) and a referral (item 3.6).

If they've stopped using something: don't blame them. Ask why. Often it's one small thing: a step that's too slow, a role that can't see what it needs. Fix that, and they start again.
