← Certification project: a real business on Lynk

Lesson 16 of 16 · Learn · 8 min

3.6 Keep the client, and your good name

Offer the monthly plan at every handover: posts kept going, campaigns and an offer, automations checked, small changes, and a short report on the same day each month (Course 4, item 3.4). Bill it from Invoices to clients on the same day each month.

Ask for a review and a referral after a clear win. After you click Hand over, Lynk asks the owner to review you; reviews show on your builder page. Ask: Do you know one other owner with the problem you had?

Your good name

  • Answer messages the same day. Do what you said, when you said.
  • The owner always owns their account, web address, customers and data. Never hold them hostage to get paid.
  • When you stop working together, click Stop building next to their business in your Builder area, and give them everything they need.
  • Keep clients' information private. Never show one client's numbers to another without permission.
