1.3 Hands-on: shape the tailor's app, and add a worker

In Ama's Stitches, your practice business from the introduction:

Rename Customers to Clients.
Add two details to jobs: Measurements (required) and Fitting date (a date).
Add a step rule: a job can't move into Cutting until Measurements is filled in.
Add a checklist, Before collection: Pressed, Buttons and zips checked, Balance paid.
Under About, add the policy 50% deposit before we cut. Balance on collection. and opening hours. Save.
In Team, add a worker as a Cashier with Add them now.
