4.2 Hands-on: run a phone repair job

Use Ama's Stitches from the introduction, or make a practice phone repair shop.

1. In How you work, set six steps and a required detail, IMEI (or Measurements for the tailor).
2. By chat, open a job for a customer with your own phone number.
3. Try to move it on without the required detail. Read what Lynk says, fill it in, then move it.
4. Ask the customer for a document with Ask for it, and upload one from the link on your phone.
5. Add an internal note, move the job to the last step, and Close it.
