2.4 Stock, closing the day, restaurants and pharmacies
Stock from suppliers (Operations): Add supplier, then Order stock and Save purchase order. When it arrives, Receive what came; stock goes up by itself. For other changes, open the product: add or remove stock with a reason.
Counts (Products & stock → Stock counts → Start count): a Full count monthly, a Cycle count of a few shelves weekly, a Spot check for things that go missing. Lynk shows what's short or over before stock changes. Set Warn me at on products and check Running low.
Closing the day (Products & stock → Closing the day): choose the branch and day. For each way of paying, Lynk shows what there should be; type what was counted, add cash spent from the drawer and a photo as proof, then Close the day. If sales change later, click Update the closing. The rule: nobody goes home before the day is closed.
Restaurants: the menu is products (turn stock counting off for cooked food). Switch on Tables to Add table with seats, reserve them, and Seat guests. Deliveries go through Take an order and Operations → Deliveries.
Pharmacies: a pharmacy set up by chat gets its pharmacy tools, under Pharmacy in the menu. Add batch with batch number, quantity and expiry, and check Expiring in the next 60 days weekly. Receive a prescription, then mark it Dispensed. Lynk keeps the records; the pharmacist stays responsible for what's dispensed.
