4.3 Rentals and couriers

Rentals (switch on Rentals in Features)

1. On each product, switch on Can be rented and set the Price a day. Its stock is how many you have.
2. Rental rules and words: when a rental day ends, grace hours before a late fee, the late fee an hour, and texts the day before it's due back and when it's late.
3. Rent out: the item, the customer, how many days, what goes with it (4 poles, 1 cover), their ID, and how they pay.
4. While it's out, the list shows what's Due back soon and late. Extend for more days.
5. When it comes back, It's back: record any damage with a charge. The late fee is added by itself; Waive the late fee if the owner chooses.

Couriers (switch on Parcels)

1. Areas & fees: a fee for each area.
2. Roles: who picks up, who delivers, who receives at each branch.
3. New parcel: the sender, the receiver, Deliver to their door or They collect it at a branch, any Cash to collect for the sender, then Book parcel. The receiver gets a tracking link and a delivery code.
4. Riders work from My deliveries: picked up, out for delivery, then Delivered with the delivery code, a photo or the receiver's name. Couldn't deliver gives a reason, and it goes to To try again.
5. Branches use My branch: sent, arrived, collected.
6. Cash: Cash with riders until they hand it in, and Owed to senders until Paid out.
