3.4 The front desk, memberships and records

Memberships (switch on in Features): a monthly plan, like Wash & Set Club: Monthly price, Visits each month, what's included, a Member discount % and Perks. Add member to sign up a customer. Price it below paying each visit, above one visit. Take off sale stops new sign-ups; members keep theirs.
Customer records. Each customer shows what they've spent, what they owe, their history, and a note only the team sees (allergies, what they had last time). Save birthdays when customers share them, and tick They agreed to get news and offers from you only when they did. For clinics: write only what the team needs, give access only to staff who need it, and never share patients' details in a WhatsApp group.
Bring them back (Grow → Automations): Ask customers for a review, Bring back past customers, Wish customers a happy birthday.
